No they don't Preacher. JDM has no sunroof at all and no cruise control (except on the Auto) for starters.
I can't find the two parts above on the R-Magic webpage. Did you find them in a magazine??

NEWS!!! I can confirm this now. I caught it in the RX-8 Mag section of the new issue of RX-7 Magazine. RMagic is releasing these two products. I can't confirm the prices though... although I remember seeing something more like the 90, 000 JPY neighborhood for the 1-DIN. I will check it out again, or hopefully buy it when the wife isn't around to complain about the price (1500 JPY!).

No Freaking Pistons
$260.00 for the 2-gauge cover (w/out gauges,correct?)
and
$399.00 for the 1-DIN isn't TOO bad.....
If it gets a wee bit more reasonable, being that it IS only plastic,
count me in on a 2-gauge cover in a group buy.....

This is not really directed at any one person...
Don't forget that Mazda charges about $160 for your dash piece (non-nav)... and that piece is mass produced, used in production and sold as parts. Thus they make some cash and recover their investment easily... but it's still $160. Mazda charges $270 for their Door Sill Trim Plates Aluminum with Rotary emblem (Set of 2). EVO-R is a good deal at $169 for their CF door sill plates. Keep this in mind whenever you see posting for interior pieces.
That 1DIN piece.... rotarygod has even said that for people other than the 5(?) people who already put down money for it, the price will be significantly higher IF he makes them. I've already discussed this 1DIN panel by RMagic with rotarygod and he welcomes another way to help meet demand. Just as a warning, don't let the initial price that was offered to eXentric for that panel be a guide!

Any word on when R-Magic will release their 1DIN panel?
When you stated about the price to eXentric, do you mean that the 1DIN panel might be even more expensive or less than the $399 price above?
Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

The price given to eXentric refers to the price that he and a group of people paid to Twisted Solutions to have a custom 1DIN dash panel made. rotarygod has since picked up the project for various reasons. Check the "aftermarket LCD found" thread for more info. Anyway, the cost for rotarygod to build more of the dash units once he get the demo unit done will be signigicantly more than what this first group of people have paid for it.

I got a response back from RMagic. The pricing they quoted me is very close to what was originally posted in the beginning of the thread. They rejected any group discounts around the number of 5 units.
At this point I am considering what options are available and how to pursue them in order to get these units in everyone's hands (group buy, vendor, etc.)... also how to get RMagic to cut a deal on them... between this and the various forum rules I can't give the actual price yet.
