20 GB Player/Radio for 2005 Mazda Japan
Read an online article earlier today about how Mazda is now profitable due to new models and european exchange rates.
Also mentioned was Mazda offering a radio that stores 20 GB of songs for 2005, but I think it referred to models offered only in Japan.
I forget where I saw that article, tried search earlier, but nilch. Anyone heard anything similar? That would make a nice alternative to the current mp3 player offered or an external IPOD/Mp3 player.
I'll keep searching but wanted to post here in case it's old news.

yes its a box.. you mount in the trunk.. and you remove the drive and dump to it via usb. then you plug it back in to the docking bay .

Another alternative is the Neo car jukebox. These can be found much cheaper than the prices listed at the manufacturer - for instance on eBay, but there are other dealers out there as well.
I have one of these and used it in my previous car. Works just fine. I'll install it in my RX-8 as soon as OverLOAD will finish the AUX-IN module (or do the tape hack )
