Anyone have Corksport Double Din Kit?
I am planning on buying the Corksport double din replacement kit ( http://corksport.com/store/category/...-interior.html ) and a aftermarket DVD NAV double din pretty soon. I have a couple of questions though, I have tried the search function but am coming up dry. On the Cork Sport website they list two different options:
1) Bose adapter option? What is that? I have the Bose system, what would this do or not do if I got it or not? This is a $115 option!!!!!
2) Steering Wheel controls? The chances of finding a NAV DVD double din that accepts steering wheel controls is nearly impossible right? This is a $153 option!!!!!
Should I just get the normal $473 kit or get these two additional options? Anyone have this kit installed and gone through this process already? Does Bose option just hook it up to the annoying adjusting level thing or does it hook up that center speaker on the dash maybe? Thanks for ANY advice or help.

someone else can answer the Bose question, i have a feeling it will depend on exactly what your project is gonna involve...
streeing wheel input... cant tell ya which ones, but just from reading plenty threads, there are plenty of double din units that can use the controls... tihnk about it, if there werent why would they even offer the option?

If you would do a search you would find your answer pretty easily
Steering wheel controls - https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-interior-audio-electronics-24/corksport-stereo-kit-steering-wheel-controls-115898/
and basically you only need the bose adapter if your going to be using the bose amp and speakers.. if you going to use aftermarket amps and speakers then you don't need it.
here is a link to the corksport review I did.
