You have to pronounce the "®" when you say it too

Markryan, looks like awesome choices. They will pound without a doubt.

Wicked1044, that cover comes stock. I've heard other members say they do not have this either, but that cover is a Mazda part. Came with mine. Perfectly cut with tabs that fit into the plastic tub.

That lid comes w/ the cargo tray. The box barely fits through the trunk opening. You angle 1 end down through the opening and slide it in.

The box cover thing came with it, ordered it from the dealer. They might be able to just order the cover for you.

I'll "third" the note of the box being extremely tight through the trunk opening. lol But it fits without removing the weatherstripping or anything.

Don't forget to sound dampen your licence plate this is where most of the rattle will come from

P.S

I'm currently using the setup your planing the 2X R Types and the PDX 1.1000 amp and loving it.

im looking to sell my box that i have it is the biggest you can get without passing the bottom hole edge in he bottom of the tunk i paid 350 to get it custom molded and installed it will be going for close to that price the reason i stress that it is big is that the other box( which i ad) is too small to get too much bass out of it , this box has 1.3 cu ft.

They will not make a vent of any kind for you. I asked. I even asked if they would just cut me a 4 1/2" perfect circle on one side and I'd fit in some 4" PVC (I was only getting one 12"), they would not do it. So I cut the hole myself. lol Worked like a charm.

For two 12"s, there is no options. They don't make the entire box larger or smaller to my knowledge. And even if they did, larger is always better. The box would have to be 7-8+ cubes before you'd start seeing any adverse affects from it being too large.

.75cf is not to small for subs that are made for it.

Ah stoplosses got pushed back so I'm be out of the army soon... yes! Which means I have 2 weeks to find a installer to do the following:

1x Massive Audio CAP2 Car Audio 2 Farad Digital Amplifier Capacitor
2x 10" Alpine Type-R Subs
1x Apline 1.000PDX AMP

I'm thinking putting the CAP on the sub box inbetween the 2 subs, or on the back of the box so u can see it when open up the rear glove box like thing (would mean they'd have to cut out some of the glove box thing).

The amp will go into the left side of the cargo tray... eventually i'll add another to the right side and run 1 amp to 1 sub.
