Audio and other shorts
Please someone help me. I have managed to screw up my car once again. Here's what happened: I got out of work the other day and noticed my driver side sun visor was really loose, the seam had separated - causing the visor to fall. I didnt have the means to fix it at the time, so I took it down (had to disconnect the mirror light wires to do so). At some point during this ordeal, I must have either touched the wires together or something. At that moment, I lost stereo power - no stereo, no screen, nothing. I also lost power locks (except when the key is in the ignition), obviously neither visor mirror works, and my trip resets to zero every time I turn the car on. I also noticed there is a delay between the time I turn the key and actual turnover. I checked all the fuses and none appear to be blown. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Surely it's a fuse.
Check every fuse BOTH IN THE CAR CABIN AND UNDER THE HOOD with a multimeter set to continuity. Use the test points on the tops of the fuses for speed. Should be able to check them all in under 3 minutes. Remember some fuses can appear to be fine by eye, but are actually blown. I've seen it more times than I can count. Use the multimeter and be sure of your findings.
