Audiolink not working!!!
So i finally got a chance to pull the headunit out to connect the audiolink but as soon as i plugged it into the headunit, my cd player stopped working. not only did it not play cds, but it didnt even recognize the ipod. My headunit is version 9.55 so everything should be fine as far as versions are concerned. i bought it used from someone else so it did work at one point.
anyone else have this problem????? any solutions?????

I had a problem, where the audiolinked did work initally and then just stopped. This is a known problem and RPM told me the fix. Simply disconnect the battery fro 30 second. Haven't had a problem since.
With all that being siad, I don't think that is your problem.
Sorry.

yeah, disconnect the battery, install everything, then reconnect the battery, just remember that you'll also have to reset your traction system (if i remember correct with the key in the on position, turn the steering wheel all the way right, then all the way left, then center it again.) <---- i'd search that though thats just off the top of my head.

I had the same problem with two mp3 players I've tried. Worked for couple of days, then no CD no anything. Reset didn't help and I gave up. Great service from RPM though. I have PhatNoise now and I'm happy.

1935 lbs. FTW!
I had the same issue, i think the quality control on those units is kind of bad. I reset the battery and it came back to life but eventually started flaking out. RPM has great customer service and sent me another one. I've had that one a few weeks with no issues so far.
