Trying to get the aux install onto my 08 8, audio guy is charging me $160 for the install but he just called me to tell me that there is no working AUX solution for the 6 disc changer.

Anyone know one that works?

He suggested to move to iPod integration...which he said will cost more, but I am thinking he just wants to up sell me. Ideas? Thoughts? Suggestions?

i have the ipod version of this

but there's a version thats ipod or 1/8" jack.

its also very easy to install your self.

 

He's ripping you off on more than one level.

Search the boards and read the FAQ at the top of them forum. Buy your choice and install it yourself with very minimal tools and knowledge. You'll be done in 30 minutes easy.
