I am satisfied with the Bose System ... this coming from a guy with 3 x 12" JL Audio W6 subwoofers powered by a 1000 watt rms Zapco Amp and Clarion Head Unit. Bass is always cool, but after a while, I started getting bored of the BOOOM BOOOOM. But occasionally I miss it!

 

I like the bose
but it has no bass so I added two 12 inch jl subs

 

I hear that, im not into the BOOM BOOM BOOM thing anymore...I try NOT to shake my mirrors when possible. My winter car is a 99 SVT contour, custom. only cuz of the FWD, too bad it STILL sucks in snow, thats why its fitted with blizzaks, decent.

As far as sound, 1 subwoofer is good enough for me. lol im not in the TEENAGER/Sound Pro crowd. BUT bass is a must for my rap.

Not too much bass is needed for rock/alternative etc.

As far as the tints. Silver mirror, that changes to black looks....amazing on the silver RX-8, I forgot what site i went to but, you can change the color of your glass on the site to match the most recent cars....rx-8 KING, 350z, s2000 etc.

My family has a couple cobras...BIG TIME mods. 550 + hp, etc. Side pipes..u know the works. A 2k3 GT stang. BUt im proud to be adding a Rx-8 to the family. Best thing is that its luxury inside...while having a sporty feel. I LOVE how that u can rev it HIGH. Thats the fun part. And the engine doesnt sound like its going to burst. haha

anyone know about any good places for tints?
