Bose upgrade question
ok I finally decided to add some subs to my 8, gona use two 10" infinity kappa perfects and there 600w amp. my question is I have the infinity 4ch amp which is 110w rms per channel. would it be worth installing the amp to run the bose speakers . I used to be an installer at circuit city and remember that bose systems usually had a amp on each speaker so im assuming I would have to bypass each bose amp. usually I would replace the speakers too but they dont sound too bad the way they are, I just hate to have the amp sitting and not get used. also I have the infinity kappa perfect 6.1 component system but I kind of wanted to keep them in my old car. so to simplify my question would adding a 4ch amp to the bose system make a difference in either sound quality or how loud it would go?

Personally.. I wouldn't add an amp to the other speakers unless I was going to upgrade the speakers.. the subs will help alot though!
oh and I think there is only 1 amp for the bose stuff. It's in the trunk on the bottom of the rear deck between the 6X9s.
