well I decided to 3m spray adhesive on the plexi to carpet.I was first gonna use the plexi screwed into the box and then just lay stuff on top of it but incase I have to get to the amp in a hurry or to make life easier I just lift the carpet trunk up and plexi lifts up with it.dont be afraid to spray the plexi the unwanted glue comes off with some denaturated alchol.carpet spray is no joke and can hold alot of materials with ease.

hello crabapple
right now I have the fans on a push side by side on the rear of the amp rack.to act as one big fan with out the size.i was gonna put one on top and one on bottom but didnt want to blow hot air around.I also was thinking at 1st to mount fans on side
to cool the 2 metal shroud fans /cooling system on the side of amp.
I have never had the amp shut off but feel like it loose's some power some time but much later like maybe 45-1hr.well this was before the capacitor.but I plan on putting the jl 250/1 in.
also is your amp bridged and what setting's you have on it ?
I will try to get some pixs of what cant be seen like mounted fans.

how is there not any rattle?!?! my trunk rattles like crazy with rap, and i only have a single JL 12w3v2.... someone said it's "sealed well," but it seems like that's a bad thing! all the pressure of the sound waves causes my whole trunk-lid to vibrate and rattle... the only way to stop it is to pop the trunk, so that there is much less sound pressure directly acting on it... does this make any sense?

someone help give me advice on how to solve my trunk lid rattling!!! will dynamat really work???
