Center of Parcel Shelf/Rear Deck Removal
Just as it states, anyone know how to take out the center of the rear deck. I recently installed some new speakers and now have some rattles that need to be taken care of. Any advice on removing that center piece would be helpful, as well as any advice on sound deadening would be awesome. Thanks in advance
PS I have been searching for like 2 hours and couldn't find anything so my apologies if it has been posted.

You gotta take off the two sides, then take out the center pass-through. I seem to recall there being some screws covered by the pass-through, but I'm not sure. Other than that, it just pops straight off. Much easier to remove than the two side pieces.

Thanks For the Reply. I figured it out though. Once the sides are off you just need to pull up with some force from the front and it will just pop out. The screws you are talking about is the passthrough trim plastic. I took off 6 screws and it did nothing but make that plastic loose. then i decided to just try and pry up the center plastic and it worked. Funny thing is the rattle wasn't even coming from the rear deck. It was on of the plastic retaining clips from the back of the rear seat. Thanks again though.
