I can't stand underbody neons. I wouldn't call them childish, I would call them dumb and attention whoreish haha.

I don't have anything against footwell lights, but wouldn't personally put them in my car.

Are you asking because you are considering getting some, or are you just asking because you are curious what people think about them?

Rule of thumb ... if the mod was prominent in Fast and Furious 1 ... it doesn't belong is a respectable ride lol .... this goes for neons .... massive wavey spoilers .... large canisters with size 34 font of NOS written on the side .... etc etc

neons are not childish, its too much dose of fast and furious.
speaking of fast and furious I think only the Tokyo drift is good, and they didnt put neon's on those cars.

I had them on my car, neon underglow and also footwell interior lights...

back in the mid 90's when it was the cool thing to do. Also it's never really been for sports cars, but for show oriented cars only.

Of course in the late 90's that **** died out and is now the inverse of cool.

Honestly I wouldn't mind getting some red glows myself. This would only be for show of course. Would I use them all the time? Hell no. If you do go for it, don't get some obseen color like pink or bright orange. As for neon footwell?? I like my led ones, that's my 2¢

in my opinion, the foot wells arent bad. its just do YOU want to put them in or not?

as for the under body neons, i have seen some cars pull it off, while on the other hand i have seen some cars that look terriible with them. its all in how you do it. in my opinion if you put them on a car that is fairly stock (appearance wise), looks good, can tell its looked after; then i dont think they look so bad. but when they are put on a cheap *** beater or a pimped out 98" civic with a body kit wider than a semi truck etc... then yes, it will look like ****

I have to admit, I did put underglow on my car one time..... Except I have to admit, it was only the cheap kind you can get at Walmart... And I also have to admit, It wasn't really my car, it was my moms 1991 Volvo station wagon... And I also have to admit that she made me take it off when she saw it.... And that I was about 12 at the time...... Damn you The Fast and the Furious!!!!!
