good ol' new jersey! (sarcastic...)
Update: i just finished making the speaker rings.. man were they a pain in the ***.... after about 6 different circles and about 7 hours... finally got them to fit... what a pain in the ***... my jig saw broke so its holding me up a bit.... as of right now i have to trim the fiberglass connect the rings... cloth it... fiberglass the front... then either cloth the box or fiberglass paint it... which i heard is pretty hard... but ill do it anyways lol..... ps this is soooooo expensive to do if you dont have the stupid tools.... my total went up almost 200 for stupid tools cuz we dont have any lol... ill keep you updated...

honestly... i REALLY dont think fiberglassing is hard at all.. once you know how to do it its really simple.. im still on my first project but its really simple after you learn about it... basically place over and mold create a wood window and cover with FG.... sand/primer it.. idk exactly how to do that but i really dont think its that hard.. if you look it up on how to do benzels? is that what its called? then it shouldnt be too tough..

make sure you support the walls in your subs with small cut outs of beams or like a buttresses if you know what those are. they are the small bit of a building on old churches that stick out to take some of the weight transfer off. otherwise soon it may crack in a few years. from weight and lots of stress on the plexi glass. i encased my amp with it and dimond plate aluminum and when i was making it boy did i have fun it tends to crack from time to time if your not careful.
