Dirty Sand Leather

I got my Victory Red/Sand Leather RX-8 in february. My seats are starting to get pretty dirty. I tried cleaning with plain soapy water, and that did nothing at all. What should I use to make them look new? What I don't want is something like armor-all, thats going to make the leather look wet & shiny. I just want them to be clean. What shaaaall i use?

I use Lexol Leather Cleaner & Lexol Leather Conditioner. Found it at the local Pep Boys. Works pretty good on the 7 year old tan leather seats in my Blazer.
It's not greasy but you need to let it dry for an hour or so after you use it.
