Post Full Audio Diagram

I have just finished the dirty work of my audio wiring. Below is a pic of what i am doing. I do have a few questions... My goal is to yank out all the bose wiring, and go from the head unit to the jl audio amps directly. Until there is a doable way to do that, the below pic will show how i had to do it to get it to work with what i have.

I will be adding the following speakers next week and would like some feedback as to the best way to make that happen:

Front: Infinity Reference 6000CS 6.5" components in the doors
Rear: Infinity 6x9 9603 3-ways

I read somewhere that you cant install the 6000CS fronts while using the bose wiring due to the Infinity crossover. So, does that mean i have to run a new wire from the tweeter to the 6.5" speaker in the door? Or does that mean i have to run a new wire from the door speakers to the rear amp? Or both? One thing that the below diagram doesnt show is how the front amp (300/4) is hooked up. It is only powered and grounded, it is not running any of my front/rear speakers because i cant see the best way to connect those speakers to that amp and still have it run thru the Bose amp. I would LOVE to rid my car of the bose stuff completely, but from what i have read, you have to have it with the head unit we have.

By next week, here is what i will have. I need your help with how to make this happen.

Infinity Reference 6000CS 6.5"
Infinity 6x9 9603 3-ways
JL Audio 500/1 amp
JL Audio 300/4 amp
3 RCA in line converts (1 for the 2 10's in the trunk; 2 for the front/rear speakers)
Sony Xplod 10 Disc changer (i am nervous about installing this to head unit)
PreAmp. Not sure which one, but i will definitely have one where the cig lighter is under the head unit. Is that a standard 1 DIN height? Or is it a custom job?

I know this is a lot of questions to ask, but i think a lot of people feel the way i do about this system, so i wanted to put something in a picture and work from there. Until i put this on paper myself, i felt this wasnt a doable job for a beginner, which i am. I'll get pics as i get closer to getting done. Right now i am trying to keep left from right so trying not to get ahead of myself just yet. Thanks in advance.

Make sure you add a capacitor for your amps or you will burn out the regulator in the alternator, also make sure you place a fuse on the 4G wire no nord than.18" from the battery. Also you can use a test light to find the trigger wire from the back of the head unit so you do not need to jump power from the cig lighter. If you can't figure which wire is the trigger try testing the wire harness at the stock Bose amp it will have a trigger you can jump from it is usually yellow or orange.

Since the OP posted this in 2004, and last posted in 2005, I doubt if he's around to hear your advice.
