Sorry OD ... 52's only. The 60's are just too prominent on the dash IMHO. Its just the way I decided to make it. Sorry.

Reasons,
1) Someday you may go FI and you will be glad you have it.
2) The "oil pressure" gauge in the 8 is not a true guage and you want one.
3) It will look cool as hell.
4) Other guage pods are quite expensive.
5) It will look cool as hell.
6) all of the above.
7) It will look cool as hell.

so you dont overheat your motor on track days?
so you dont lose oil pressure during track days?

If you heavily modify or track the car you should have gauges. Otherwise, there's really very little functional need for them. But, Honda's do it all the time, so don't let that stop you!

well, unless you are continually tracking the rpms, oil pressure, oil temperature, oil condition, and have the pump performance curve handy to compare what the oil pressure should be at xxxx rpms corrected for temperature and oil condition - your true guage is just as much of an idiot light as the stock guage

but hey... it looks good

I have an NA Renesis and I'd like to have Oil Pressure, Oil Temperature and Water Temperature, mainly for track days. Unfortunately I can't buy Der's Pod since I have the Nav unit. Personally I'd like a 3-gauge A-pillar pod, but the only one I've seen so far for the RX-8 is carbon fiber, which I don't want.

I'm interested as well. I would much rather have your setup than the old played out pillar pod.
