Did some research- and so far I've found none. I think I'm going to have to build one...

looking forward to seeing how those glowshift gauges work out, I like how they match

I'm worried about the quality but I'm sure most of the reduction in cost is due to them having almost no features besides color changing. I mean for a $200 nexus gauge you get quite a bit of functionality. But how much more accuracy or longevity can you get?

Whats the holdup? Any new pics of the completed unit? What about a pic of what he showed at the dragon?

the holdup is, he is fulfilling his group buys on the puddle lights and rear rotary light. Once he has met his obligation for that, he will dive into this one. patience. it will be worth it.

These are going to be available REAL soon. Those that are interested, please state whether your 8 has BOSE or not. There are two different OEM dash panels and I'd like to get a feel for the ratio of BOSE to non-BOSE. Hang in there just a little bit longer ... the puddle lamp/rotary lamp group buy is winding down.

I have the bose center speaker

I was going to ask this question on the darkside but it's out of commission at the moment. I realized the other day that the custom dash panels my car came with might get in the way of the pods. I'll attach a few pics so you can see. Do you think I'd be able to retain that top silver piece or should I just start with a new panel? Thanks!

Bose. Do you have the Nexus gauges working seamlessly with the stock guages (ie. Getting it to change colour to match the stock guages to appear as stock.)?

Who else has these? I can quickly change the colors/dimmer, but it sure would be nice if the car did it automatically! BTW, I don't remember any inputs so I don't see how the gauges could tell when the lights are on.

I believe derwankel said he was working with the company to get the guages to change colour from daytime to nightime driving automatically. It would be really neat if he has that solved. It would justify the price of those guages more.
