Headlight Low Right fuse keeps blowing

I have no idea what's going on. I was attempting to trouble shoot the issue but I just kept blowing that one fuse.

I would change the 15A fuse and when I turn on my headlights the lights and Fogs would turn on for a split second then the fuse would blow.

Can someone help me?! I don't wanna drive around at night without getting pulled over

You obviously have a short somewhere.

What work did you last do on the car?

You don't think that's quite a coincidence that you were just working on that circuit, and now have problems?lol

Go over everything you touched and watch for pinched/frayed wires. Remove the ballast you installed, replace the fuse, and see if the other lights now work fine.
