Help - Removing Head Unit ASAP

I am currently following the steps in the DIY Head Unit Removal thread:
https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=7644.html

I am stuck on the step where you remove the "silver bolt" from behind the unit. The instructions make it seem like it is very obvious which one it is but I cannot figure this out.

From what I can see theres several different bolts too and I have no idea which one it is, and even if I figure it out I can't seem to get at any of these bolts to remove them.

Can anyone help?

Next to the drivers right knee is the slits for the AudioPilot microphone, it's just about behind that on the unit.

You have to get your head right in by the clutch pedal, then look back at the unit. Use a closed-end wrench.

Don't put it back once it's out.....

note that the metal sheild BEHIND the plastic paneling has also been removed. I was unable to reach it or see it at all until the metal was partially removed(I removed the right two screws and slightly bent the sheild out of place to access the nut).

Just hardwired my aux in tonight, had great fun pulling apart all the cupholder/armrests.
