Sorry for it to take so long. A DIY is not yet finish but I will start with some pics of the flipping hinges. Hopefully it will get you started on your project. PM me if you need better quality pic.

it all begin with a picture of the screen scaled actual size.
first pic-drawing rotated in Illustrator to find the drilling point(not accurate but can be adjusted late).
second pic-to find curve of the dash.
third pic-using the curve found, create a template for the cutting of the dash.

this is the only glue that work that I can find. Make sure you get the exact one. other loctite packaging look very simular to it. It comes with an activator primer and in the back it say bond to polyethylene and polypropylene.

Honestly, I can't make out enough about the hinge from the pics, but maybe once if you have a DIY writeup it will be easier to comprehend what needs to be done here.
