how many speakers??

I was reading a few articles and some wrote the 04 GT model comes with a 9 speaker bose system??

now im looking through my car.. and I only see 7..?? is there like 2 hidden or did it only come with 7?? where are the subs?? or am i just a blind ****?

2 fronts.
2 front tweeters
1 centre tweeter
and 2 rears.

There are 2 tweeters in the back on the BOSE models.

Front:
1 Center
2 Tweeter/Mids (near windows)
2 9" Subs, one in each door

Rear:
2 CoAxial Speakers -- they count these as two speakers each, making a total of 4 in the rear.

The subs give a very flat response and dont have the low bass like most people expect/like. There are 9 bizillion threads about the audio system. Do a search if you want more info. We get at least one thread a week about the audio system...

ahh i see. the damn rears fooled me..
I was gonna say.. I got ripped off.. someone stole 2 of my speakers!

I tried searching but after an hour of nothingness i thought i would just ask instead

stolen speakers

i wish someone stole my speakers, not that the bose system sounds bad but i just wish i could have a better choice of after market audio.

The Bose is specifically why I avoided the GT package. I've had my fill of BOSE--wait in a few years when those BOSE components start to go...then thats when you get the real BOSE experience ($$$$$) MWHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHH
