How to remove the lid between rear seats?
Not the one that goes to the trunk. I want to remove the hinged lid. How the heck is that thing attached?

OK, I don't see any screws holding the hinge in. I already removed the one screw that retains a plate that stops the lid from swinging too far open, but I still can't get it to budge.

Figured it out. Its not explained in the shop manual. But if anyone needs to do this, the lid needs to be split apart. The padded armrest is held onto the hinded underside only by plastic snaps. Use a screwdriver to pry off the lid and you'll see the pins that act as a hinge. Use something to push the pins out (they're tight!) and the lid comes off.
