Installed Corksport kit, no more heat

I understood this was a common problem...

I have installed the corksport kit, for a Shinka, that means BOSE adapter and manual climate control. Hooked up an Alpine IVA w202R.

Everything works fine, except I get no heat at all

Does anybody know what that's about?

Could be a couple of things -

The wires into the control box aren't all the way in

The control box is messed up - the older ones had heat problems and this isn't the first messed up control box I've heard of - corksport should replace it for free

It could be the **** itself is messed up - that happened to mine, but long before I had corksport.. Mazda replaced it for free

Well I tripple checked the wiring, and it's all connected perfectly. And the heater worked just fine before I installed the Corksport kit...

I think the control box is messed up....

Well I mailed CS.... let's hope they'll replace it...

Hm he had a different problem...

I received mail from Corksport, and they're gonna work it out.

But the guy from CS mentioned that 'they were told European RX8 all have automatic climate control' so maybe that means the've sent an automatic climate control module. But I don't have an European RX8, but a US Shinka

So maybe that's the problem...

Nah don't think that's the case. Even happens when the HU is off.

Well, they called me today, and indeed they assumed I have an European RX8.

They're gonna send a US control box, and then everything should be ok
