This may be a stupid question...I've got the new shuffle and was wondering if there is a way to incorporate it into the factory radio. I was thinking maybe something to where I could plug it in and be able to use the radio controls. I've seen iPOD integration kits but do they work for the shuffle?

 

Nope. The shuffle can't be integrated like the other ipods because it doesn't have the same connector. This goes for both generations of the Shuffle.

The only way you can listen to a shuffle in the car is through the headphone jack into the head unit (like the AudioLink), the tape player (if you have one, with the cassette adapter), or an aftermarket FM modulator that uses a headphone jack input.

FWIW, you probably don't want to use the shuffle in this fashion anyway... From what I've read, the Shuffle has noticeably inferior sound when compared to every other model of Apple's iPods.
