i have a custom box for this sub that is 1.25 cu. ft. however my box does not have any holes in it. (not sure what their called...the big holes that let air out that i see on most boxes). where would be the optimal place to add it, how big should the hole be and how many would be optimal? if anyone can send me a link or tell me, that would be great.

I second abbid. I have a custom box for my 10w7 and it is sealed and sounds GREAT. no need to port it.
