Series......
I would put them in series, or put one 500 w channel to each.
Had two 600watt voice coils in parallel, fed by 1x 1000 w amp - fine until one coil died, immediately vaporizing the other....been there, T-shirt aquired.

Why would you care about the Blose speakers, particulary in relation to a MONO SUB AMP? More importantly, the JL1000/1 allows for two subwoofer output.

Eliminate the Bose system, save for the headunit (for now). A 50 - 75w rms x 4 amp is all you are going to need to keep up to the sub system that you have. A 6.75" component set for the front and either a coax of the same size or a 6x9" for the rear is all that is required here.
