Lotek fitment?

Im looking at the lotek gauge pod and am wondering about fitment?

Wondering if its just worth it to drop more money to have it fit alot better.

I actually installed the Lotek gauge pod with the prosport gauges a few weeks ago. I love it. Fitment was very good.

It fits good, granted it's not perfect because it sits on top of the stock piece, but can you point us in the direction of one that fits better for a left hand drive 8?

what, you mean this one?

The one that costs $1400+ shipping from Japan? And it STILL sits ONTOP of the dash and just looks like a block? At least the Lotek follows the curve of the gauges. Look at the pic, the MS one is still sitting ontop of the dash- you can see the lip.

The only reason the MS pod is even remotely nice is the high-end Defi gauges, that's it, which you can still put in the Lotek if you want.

Not to mention the gauges are not angled to the driver, so how the hell will you see the right-most gauge in your drivers seat?

Answered the question that was asked. Aesthetics is subjective.

so how the hell will you see the right-most gauge in your drivers seat?
I can read my ambient temp pretty well, and that's inline with the furthest gauge.

Not trying to make this into a Lotek vs. Mazdaspeed thread, so don't get your panties in bunch.

I just don't think it's worth $1400 vs the $70 of the Lotek pod. Add in high-end gauges and the Lotek is still only $400.

I think the Lotek looks much better IMO
