map color default after upgrade?

map color default after upgrade?
Well, I got the nav firmware upgrade, then, I went and bit on the $150 data base disc... Even though there's one local road change that's a couple years old and *not* included in the (supposedly) 2005 data, most of the major changes in my area have been covered...
Anyway, now, when I first power up the unit, the default daytime map color is green - even though it's set to white in the setup menu. If I turn the headlights on, then off again, it goes back to white. If I got to the setup screen and select white again (even though it's already selected) it goes to white...
Anyone else have this problem? Any idea how to get rid of it?
It seems to be associated w/ the new data disc and not the f/w upgrade, but I need to slip in the old data disc to check...
Very annoying - the green just isn't as readible in daylight...

That's the weird thing - it *already* *is* set to white in the setup menu.
And, I popped in the old map disc. It is related to the new disc somehow. When I power up the system w/ the old disc the map colors are correct from the get go... Back to the new disc, and it turns green again.
The quickest way to correct it is to blip my headlights on, then off again... :-/
Might try running the f/w upgrade disc again...
