I just installed the metra kit with my Alpine radio

I have 2 questions

I noticed that the Dash lights and shifter lights are not on at night now and I cant turn the dash from blue to white lighting now....it jsut stays at white...

Is this normal or Did i forget to hook something back up??

feedback...I have the bose system and when I switch tracks with the new radio...it sounds somewhat like feed back..I can live with it for now..however is this due to the new radio and the combination of the BOSE system in the car...im assuming so since each speaker has its own amp and the new headunit is pumping out more wattage to them...I could be wrong though.

It is not normal. Check the dimmer wheel on the left. If that doesn't work, check connections.

dimmer wheel dims the lights...and when the car is off and your exiting the car the dash turns blue again...just now when the headlights are on

fuse blew

I disconnected the dimmer wire, I beleive that was causing the issue.
