My Alpine install so far

Here is what I have so far ...

Alpine PDX 1.1000 on the left
Apline type X 12" in the center in a custom box with 1.1 gross air space (PM if you want specs to build one like it)
Alpine PDX 4.150 on the right pushing Alpine Type R 5x7 Component fronts and Type R 6x9 Rears

Even pushing them as hard as I can the amps only get a little more than "warm" they are SWEEEET!

and in this corner weighing in at about a pound or so we have the undisputed champion of my sound system (sorry i got carried away there) Boss BX-55 crossover

and behind that wall on that side (in a little hollow spot) is a line leveler a 3 farad capacitor and a power distribution block with both ground and lead dist in one block.

I know it's dirty but I didn't feel like polishing it up and i still have some things I'm waiting on.. I am getting my trunk lid cover made and painted with "Alpine" and things on it.. and I need to come up with a way to make a "rotory symbol" cover for that woofer... and I also have some dynomat I need to put down...

Yeah it's crap compared to MSTYLES but some of us don't run "Companies" (plural) and have unlimed recources and time like him.

yeah i had to make it 11.5 inches from front to back and the sub sticks out the front about an inch so its VERY SNUG to get it in.. but it fits

i originally wanted it to be 10.5 inches but that type x is so long inside the box i needed that extra inch to get it to fit with the dip i had to put in it for the bar that goes along the top here is a screenshot of the autocad i made for it when i designed it

you can see that I did that because the front lip overhangs just a little bit over the dip of the trunk.. oh well...
