New gauges......... =] and illuminated shift knob...

I got it from a local forum member when he sold his car. He got it from a guy on the MS6 forum who custom made them, but it looks factory. It's great quality.
Not hard at all. I have the Racing Beat sending units. I ran the wires through a hole in the fire wall. Used the same power, and ground for all the gauges.

Nice job man, but I don't really trust these gauges. Ebay is exploding with these gauges; for cheap too. I would be afraid of how accurate everything is or how long they last. They kinda look like a budget honda civic gauge, especially the analog ones. Maybe the digital ones are better, who knows. But usually you get what you pay for. Keep us updated on how they work out for you.

You won't be able to find them, they were custom made.

Where are you guys tapping the power to backlight the guage so it will dim with the rest of the instrument panel? I can't for the life of me remember the wire color and searches give no clue.

from the prosport gauges you have 5 wires, 1 sensor and four others, you can wire the 4 (per gauge) that are not going through your engine bay directly to the cigerette lighter. You will need to use a soldering iron to join together the wires from the three gauges and then to the cigarette lighter (you can pick one up for about 20 dollars at autozone).
There are two sets of wires coming out of the lighter. set one has a yellow (main power) and black (ground) the second set is where you connect the dimmer light and the fourth remaining wire from the gauges (cant remember color here, sorry).
all in all pretty easy. You can set up a makeshift wiring harness for the gauges in your house that way the four wires (the non sensor ones) coming from each gauge are wired together that way when you move it to the car you will only have to solder four spots versus 12. And its a lot easier to solder/set up the wires inside where there is more room.
helpful tip: once you solder the wires together wrap them in electrical tape, the use black plastic wire cover to go over it and more electrical tap on the ends to hold in over the soldered area.
