from one custom installer to the next...very nice work indeed my friend...it looks as though it sounds great...
I'm planning on making use of the "tray" as well..
BTW...did you dynomat the rear gate area as well?

Having just installed a JL 12w3v2 in my trunk, I have to give you props. I know how much effort it takes to do this kind of work. The Dynamat in the trunk was a b*tch to put in. My hands are still all cut up. You really went the extra mile on that stuff doing the doors and rear deck. I'm sure it sounds great! I really like your sub box design. It's very clean, nice touch with the rotary accent. Can you provide any more info on how you designed and built the box? I know in those corners there are a lot of ins and outs you have to built around. Mazda sure didn't make it easy for us. You wouldn't have any pictures of the box before you installed it in your trunk, would you?
