Nordskog AFR Gauge

Ok couldn't find an answer to this so..

I bought the afr gauge a while ago. Since I'm finally FI now, I'm hooking it up, but now I'm wondering if it's wideband or not.

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't but I don't see anything saying it is.

A couple things that makes me think it is.. the gauge goes up to 20.0 and not 0-1, and they recommend using their o2 sensor which is 4 wires.

Don't know if it matters whether the sensor has 4 wires or not since I think 2 of them are for the heater and heater ground..

Can anyone enlighten me?

Also it seems like other AFR gauges need some kind of controller which is making me think it's not wideband.....

So confused.

that is what the narrowband gauge looks like

sounds to me like you have the wideband gauge

also if you paid around 200 for the gauge, it's most likely the wideband

ok cool thanks. what about the controllers? looks like they're jus a harness for easy connecting but I have no idea.

oh and one more thing, someone mentioned something about using "sensor wire". is there a special wire to use? I always thought any hookup wire should do.

are you talking about a wideband o2 sensor? because you will need one...it connects to a bung in your midpipe...just like a regular oxygen sensor....as far as the controllers I believe that is for a hookup to a standalone fuel management system
this one below is a complete kit that comes with a controller and sensor

is this similar to what you got?
