Not recognizing EX
I've had a GROM Bluetooth kit for years and it's been great. I had my car battery out for a few months recently and now GROM isn't turning on/flipping to EX when I press the CD button twice.
I contacted GROM support and they had me try a few things, eventually I tested the red wire on the GROM cable and it was getting 6.5v DC. GROM support says this should be 12v .. is that true even when I'm in FM or CD mode? I tested the wire and it gets perfect continuity.
Can you guys think of any reason why my GROM wouldn't turn on anymore or why I might be getting low power to my EX function?

Ok so there are 2 black wires on the GROM cable...I guess I'll need a pinout to know what I'm supposed to be seeing.
Between RED and BLACK-1, 6.5v ... Between RED and BLACK-2, 11.5v ... So maybe it is getting power after all?
