Problem - OEM Navi Hood opening n closing.

dear all

i hope someone can help me out for this problem.

i'd DIY transplant my oem screen to Lilliput touch screen. transplantation was successed, screen work just fine. but after i put everything back then the hood will not open when pressing open button.

i have to open manually. and when pressing open button to close, it just close halfway and i have to push it abit and press open button again to get it close completely.

and also the tilt button is completely not functioning.

Could it be the motor gears position causing problem?

Any input/advice/help will be very much appreciated....

you lost the calibration when taking it apart, you're going to have to take it apart and manually turn the the gear for the appropriate position, be it fully opened or closed then put it back together without turning that gear at all!

search my threads, I've answered this a couple times- you can put it together without the black gear and press open a few times, then add the black gear in later when the motor is in the right position
