Question about the factory Bose amp/amp's

I'm no longer getting sound from my stereo. The morning after I got latest flash done on my car I was on my way to work and I hear this loud popping sound coming outta my front center midrange speaker. The sound never went out but the stereo never acted the sounded same after that. Now about two months later I get no sound at all. Everything functions on the radio but I get no sound.

My question is, is that an amplifier over the back seat? I unplugged it/plugged it back in last night and got some static noise, I turned the car off, the noise went away and didn't come back on when I turned the car back on.
Does that amp hold any special functions to control all speakers or is there another amp or amps?

The main amp (under the rear deck) powers the rear & center speakers. The signal for the front door speakers go through the main amp, but are powered by an amp in each door.
