hey guys and girls, before i get flamed i did search.

i have a 05 rx8 with the nav system. what is the best way to play video and music from my iphone on my nav screen.
i remember seeing some were on this site. some one added a rca jack to the side of the center console in the passger area. id like to be able to connect my iphone like that.

reasons being is all the goose necks ect that charge and transmits the music over radio waves dont work that well. there fine if iam parked but its not safe to have to change the radio station on my radio and on the iphone adapter every 10 mins. i drive to a buddys house allmost every othere friday and its a hour plus drive and it sucks that my 80$ adapter doesnt work that great. the reason i mention video is it be nice to watch top gear and youtube videos ect while iam parked.
