if i get the red rx8 .....i know the seats come in red if you want.....do the door panels and steering come red as well..or do you have to do that on your own?

 

It does come in red/black 2 tone interior through out.Red is a nice color.

 

I got my RX-8 brochure right here so I can look at it when I'm not driving it ... and there's a big photo of red seats, red doors panels and red steering wheel, so that must be a package.

I have a velocity red 04 w/ red & black leather interior. there's red in the seat, doors, steering wheel and shifter (i think). It looks great and I get compliments ALL the time.

 

getting leather means you get the grand touring pkg, unless you go aftermarket leather, but it doesn't look as nice imo. if you want advice, get the gt pkg. you'll love it i promise.

Funny thing about my interior....I bought the GT w/ Red and Black interior. When my 8 arrived it didn't have the red on the wheel!! Nice! The red on the wheel is just not my tatse. I do love the red and black leather interior.

Red and Black interior is Great.... At first I was not enamored with the red/black steering wheel .... was concerned that it would require a lot of cleaning to keep it looking good .... It grew on me and it has not gathered dirt as I feared. Looks great after one year of Fun.
Get the GT with the Red leather ..... you will have a :D :D on your face!
