Removing top of the dashboard

Removing top of the dashboard
Hello all
I am planning to fit my Alpine touchscreen sat/nav on the top of the dashboard where the factory fit system usually goes.
I am going to motorise it so it disappears out of sight.
How does the top centre section on the dashboard come off?
Also, what kind of space is under the top centre section?
I am waiting for guidance on removing this centre panel, as the car is only 7 days old and I am not in the mood for the 'snapping hidden plastic clips' moment yet!
Also... what/where do I get some decent matching gauges. I am thinking adding 3, so suggestions on what 3 would be welcome.
I will post progress as I go
Cheers, Steve

Ok i just finished putting in my pioneer 7500 monitor it was pretty easy except finding the speaker wires was a b****. Um follow this link and print out the pge itll tell you how to get the radio out after the radio theres two more screw holding down the ac vents, and after that theres two screws holding down the top middle section, after you remove them just pull the piece up and it will come off.
