Replace OEM LCD But Retain Nav?
Just curious can the LCD be replaced in the OEM navigation system while retaining the OEM Nav functions? I have an AV-Electronics adapter and find the video quality not that great on the OEM screen.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
