Just checking in again. Last I read you were working on 4 boxes, as you needed a sample car to test fit each one in. Hope you find a way to make the boxes without an 8, or get yourself an 8.

eXentric has the camera and was busy while I was working on the car. Then I got busy the rest of last week. To make matters worse my mom had to be rushed to the hospital yesterday where she had her gall bladder removed. Just got her home this morning. I'm also working during the day. I need to put up crown molding in my girlfriends house Wednesday. Thursday however I will be back at the shop. I am about to start working on a full show system in Ken Caminiti's (former Houston Astros baseball player) Hummer. Busy week. I need more time.
If Wigggles can get the car to me Thursday I'll get some pictures as well as the wood portions of most of the boxes done. I need about 12 more hours in a day and 3 more days in a week to get everything I need done. I'm also trying to develop a true Helmholtz intake for the RX-8 as well. Maybe I should just clone myself!

This probably should be in the aftermarket parts section, but...
RG, check out the Blitz intake. You can see if on the Blitz supercharged RX-8 pics. According to the Blitz site, it is supposed to change lengths depending upon engine demand. The metal "cone" is supposed to make it a CAI.
I have so much crap to read in Japanese, translate, take pics of and post for everyone. I just bought the RX-7 magazine, RE Rotary magazine and Options 2. A lot of interesting info... like a handmade exhaust system with 4 outlets instead of two. At low rpm it uses only two and as the rpms rise the second pair are opend up by a valve... at 4k I think it is. Anyway it is supposed to increase low end torque. But the cost... ouch! not on sale yet, but estimated to be 300,000 JPY - 500,000 JPY.
There is also another exhaust system that caught my eye... I dunno why I'd spend 95,000 JPY or so on it instead of $500-600 on Borla, RX8-Store or B&B, but... something about the design just calls me. I'll have to post a pic of it.
Oh.. by the way... RE-Amemiya claims their header produces 5-10ps. Another company with a header makes a similar claim as well. And RE-Amemiya (I think it was??) claims their exhaust produces 7.0ps over stock. And IMHO those "dolphin tail" tips look like ****... something from a US pickup or an old Buick stationwagon.

Project 1: Commit the following SQL command. Update day.length set length = 36.
Project 2: Commit the following SQL command. Update universe.pi set pi = 3.5
As soon as figure out the OLE interface, we should be good for longer days. I guess we could try an Update universe.week set week = 10, but the real problem is the connection.
