Rotory Speakers

I found the speakers I was looking for . Is this any good ? I am still learning speakers. I think they go with the rotory symbols in the car .

Bazooka makes good subwoofer tubes - if you want a super easy removable install thats the way to go. the subwoofers LOOK neat. but i doubt they are very good quality. if you want good bang for your buck go alpine - it may not be as "woa thats neat" but overall you will be alot happier with your decision

I could take an alpine and take the speaker shape off and do some soldering or would that not work?

you mean replace the cone with the triangle cone? Nah. that sounds like a REALLY bad idea.

now i've never heard them, they may sound decent.. but because i've never heard OF them i doubt it. but it would still give you some bass - if you looking for just a little added bass and a really good "cool" factor, then by all means enjoy.. but if you looking for really good bass i think your looking in the wrong place

Actually... those subs sound pretty good and if you get a chance to hear it it definitly has some really nice bass. I believe those are usually sold at circuit city so you can hear them next to some alpine type r's if you want. I have had a few friends purchase them as well and no one has really been disappointed. I would recommend the TVB-141, its a very easy install and sounds good however it can take up a lot of space. Bazooka is more of a low to mid end sub/amp producer but I think they hit something with this triangle design, get to CC or Best Buy and hear them yourself.

Note: I used to work in car stereo for 2 years and I have listened to everything... for the price, quality, and box the TVB-141 is a pretty good and it would match the rotary style. Again, the biggest drawback would be the enclosure... I haven't tried the subs by themselves in prefabbed or custom boxes.
