1.the rx8 and fd alternator is same housing and pulleys...that ok
2.that is my mistake the rx8 control the alternator charging in the pcm! and the charging ligth,in spedometer

if i install the new fd alternator 160 amp in the wiring the s terminal i run a wire to fuse block .that ok

but the L terminal is the trouble i think i dont know i cant hook to the oem rx8 cable to new alt!

The reason that the FD alternator uses the same housing and pulley as the RX8 because it is the same alternator. Also, where did you find that it is a 160A unit? I was only able to find mentions of it being 100-110A.

The L terminal is for the dash voltage gauge, which RX8s don't have. You should be able to leave the L terminal completely disconnected and be fine.
