Sirius Installed, Hiss?

Hey,

I was so excited when my AuxMod finally came in today but now that everything is installed I'm a bit disappointed. I'm getting a slight hiss/engine wine when the sound is turned past 18 and when its all the way down.

I basically hardwired it right into the cig lighter. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Should I try hardwiring it somewhere else?

I believe the ground is good, theres a nice location a few inchces past the stick. Any ideas guys?

Nick

Yeah, its basically a bad ground. Anyone find a ground that wont cause engine noise/hiss.

If I cant find a good spot I guess I'll have to go to radio shack and pickup GLO.
