sooo anyone know how the internals of the domelight go ?

I popped mine out to switch the bulb and the slider switch popped out, i found a spring and a brass/copper U shaped bracket. i tried putting it back together but i can think of a few ways to get the brass thing to touch the contacts but not sure which way is right.

if youve popped open the dome light you'll know what im talking about... i undid the harness and screws to separate the module from the lens, and now i think ive lost a piece or 2? does anyone have a cam and know how to undo the back of the domelight so i can see how the brass jumper fits into play? and what the hell that spring is for?

pretty sure:

spring goes into little rectangular plastic piece
ball bearing goes in after spring
entire piece slides into the apparatus, becoming the movable switch between ON, DOOR, and OFF
the other piece the spring goes in first, and the u shaped thing goes on top of it so that the two bumps are facing up and the side of the U go into the hole.
