Steering wheel controls???
Now i realize that this may be an absurd question but if you really think about what i am asking maybe you will understand, and by the way this will require someone very knowledgable with electronics. so i am purchasing the corksport dash kit and i am going to lose the use of my steering wheel controls, i am planning on buying some Tein coilovers with the EDFC and was wondering if it is possible to wire the unused steering wheel controls, ( on the left side of the wheel, volume, selector, mode ) to the EDFC and be able to control it that way as well. I understand that some may flogg me for asking this but it was just an idea i had to get use out of the unused controls, thanks for any advice, Rob

Off the top of my head, I would say yes.. BUT... that would require some major rewiring. You would have to find a way to provide power to those switche... I think.
I'm sure there is a much easier way of doing this, and I'm sure some electronics major is going to read my post and start laughing, then call me out on it... but here's my take:
Find out which wires are for the steering wheel contols, and use a volt-meter to see what wire is which when pressed. Then I would unplug the radio and see if the switched still put out any voltage when pressed, or if they are just dead switches. If nothing is coming out, then you probably have to find a way to provid power to them. That's the easy part. Good luck trying to mate that with the EDFC.
