Found the tiny slots~!
I sympathize with your frustration. I too had a very hard time finding the special "slots" to press with the mini-screwdriver. Once I found them, the top cover was very easy to remove.
Look closely at the very end of the key fob, after the switchkey part has been removed. You will see two tiny rectangles, about the size of the tip of your mini-screwdriver, and not deep at all.
At first these slots look unrelated to the top of the keyfob. It is these tiny slots that need to have the screwdriver inserted, and then twisted. The cover will then come off easily. A mini-screwdriver blade is needed, not just a small screwdriver.
Do not try twisting the larger holes. Your keyfob will break. Good luck!~
