I heard - I'm not sure if it's true, but I heard that removing the seats and the bracing actually isn't much bigger than the trunk opening.. i've never tested it myself but keep that possibility in mind

Im looking for dimensions cuz imma put 2 soundstream xxx18's, 4 xxx6500d amps, a tx4.560, a scell1000, 4 8f caps, 1 4f cap, and a lot of wires in there.

And you don't have a chance in hell at fitting that in the trunk of an RX8. Even with the best fiberglass work, not even close. I'm betting the subwoofers won't even physically fit through the opening of the trunk. Your only hope would be to ditch the rear seats, fiberglass a box in their place and install the amps etc in the trunk.

And to be completely honest, it will destroy the vehicle in every way. Unless this is a show only car, you're wasting your time and money.

Yea I decided ill settle for 2 fi btl 12s, two colossus amps, the caps, the wires, jl mids and highs, and jl amps for those. Lol
