Tuning a JL 500/1
Hi,
I have a JL 10w7 paired with a 500/1 amp, which I am trying to tune. Basically, I'm looking for the "tightest" bass possible. It's kind of difficult to do so when I don't really understand the majority of the tuning options. For anyone willing to lend a hand, here is a link to JL Audio's website for the 500/1 amp.

Thanks

I don't mind pistons
You could try askng on a forum where everything is about audio... I mean like maybe http://forum.sounddomain.com/ or something similar. Not that no one here knows, just a suggestion.

Jl audio provides some pretty good instructions for tuning their amp. Get a test cd with a 50hz test tone, or you can probably download it from the internet. Then turn up the gain till the output reaches the voltage stated in the manual.
