I paid to get my PIE shipped 2nd day air to get it this past Friday only to miss the freakin' delivery..(i waited all freakin day and had to leave for work @ 5:30pm.. the UPS guy leaves me a sticker stating that he came @ 5:50pm).. now, i have to wait till Monday to pick it up @ the local office since they need a signature.. what a waste of time & money! i could've just let them ship it Ground and they couldve left it at my doorstep... ok, thats all.

 

bummer dude...now you can spend the weekend prepping the car for its installation :p

Guys, I am in Malaysia and bought my car straight from Japan. I've got a problem, my car only comes with Radio, and the Japanese frequency only got up to 90MHZ, nothing more. I got no tunes in my car and thinking of options. In Malaysia, there are no authorized Mazda RX-8 dealer, but they do have Mazda dealer (the are not helpful because I imported my car directly, instead of buying one from them.... even though they don't have what I want). So what other options do I have besides looking around for the original CD player/changer (can only import them from USA or Australia).

Please help.....

 

Next time you want better shipping and the ability to pick it up at the station, use FedEx. You know, the originator!!

Modena..i've got that same proclip.. :p but im using it for my Garmin iQue3600 GPS.. im still trying to figure where i'll mount the ipod..(maybe in the center somewhere) but that pie install under the head unit looks great!

Proclip has 2 mounts for the RX-8, maybe that on might work for your iPod.
(It will block some text from the display but does not look bad)
Need to see it with the Ipod mounted on there to be sure.

 

i'm looking into that 2nd proclip.. but don't wanna make it look to "busy".. so, gotta think about it...
